Bilston Glen Minewater Heat Network

An assessment of the potential minewater heating resource within the flooded coal mines and shaft below the Bilston Glen industrial estate.

This project was funded by the Low Carbon Infrastructure Programme (LCIP) managed by Scottish Enterprise as part of a wider project to assess the feasibility of a district energy scheme to supply a proportion of power, heating and cooling requirements to key stakeholders in the area.
