TownRock is now officially accredited as a Real Living Wage employer!
A Living Wage employer ensures that all employees are paid at least the living wage. The employer also agrees to increasing the amount which it pays its employees by the same amount as any increase in the living wage within a six-month window of the official announcement.
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 10,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs.
This accreditation recognises TRE’s commitment to always do the right thing and to support the whole team and the individuals in it. Other benefits of this accreditation:
