Had fantastic conversation over lunch with Gordon Bloomquist and Katie McLean on the second last day of the fantastic World Geothermal Congress in Melbourne, Australia.
Gordon is one of the most experienced geothermal experts in the industry, and regularly contributes his knowledge to the World Bank, International Geothermal Association, and numerous organisations developing geothermal energy in East Africa and beyond. A real gentleman with a wicked sense of humour to boot.
Katie is studying a Masters at Adelaide University, but also did an excellent job organising the invaluable short course programme for the World Geothermal Congress.
One more day to go, it will be hard to top today!
