Monday the 27th of July saw the 3rd meeting of the Scottish Government’s Geothermal Energy Expert Group, of which David is a core member. The meeting was held from 15:00 to 17:00 at St Andrews House, central Edinburgh offices of the Scottish Government.
David gave a presentation titled “Lessons Learned Down-Under” which highlighted the key findings relevant to Scotland from his trip to the World Geothermal Congress in Melbourne in April, and subsequent Glorious Geothermal Field Trip to New Zealand.
