According to a new publication by energy giant Shell, promoting CCS in the UK, geothermal energy is he cheapest source of carbon-free energy. Hopefully this enlightens the minds of DECC and other political bodies and encourages immediate investment in geothermal energy, alongside the other economically viable renewable energy sources.
